A man of La Rioja, Spain, was hailed as the hero of the day after scaling a two-story building and rescuing a Grandmother was about to fall on the balcony of his house. Camilo Medina, 24, was the person in charge of going to save the wife of 80 which got stuck in the balcony railing.

The police arrived shortly after. The woman was rescued, but was unable to enter the apartment as it was locked from the inside and Medina could not find the keys.

Officers contacted the woman’s son-in-law, who arrived and managed to open the door. The woman was later transferred to a local hospital for an examination, the results of which they were positive.
