“I condemn the failure to respect the measures decreed in Montería which took place in Vidrial, which contradict the joint institutional effort to preserve life and health. Likewise, I urge @PoliciaMonteria to fill the authority void and @ Ejercito_Div7 I ask for immediate collaboration, ”the local president said on his Twitter account.

According to El Meridiano, the events in El Vidrial they would have been coordinated by the head of the “Clan del Golfo”, alias “Esteban”, who would have sent his men there to give a warning to those who frequent these places so that they “stop coming from Montería to create disorder where they should not”.
