The meeting, which was organized by Indec during Argentina’s pro tempore presidency of Mercosur, had the participation of specialists from the United Nations, the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and the National Statistical Institute (INE ) from Spain. authorities of the national statistical offices of Brazil, Paraguay and Uruguay.

Finally, the director of the National Institute of Statistics of Uruguay which for the 2023 census, among other novelties, is based on administrative files and proposes the creation of a statistical data warehouse with the results obtained.
