School assistant arrested for raping 12-year-old student | the Chronicle

Mandy davis, 33, high school assistant in Ohio, USA, was arrested on charges of having sex with a 12-year-old student.

A Teays Valley West High School employee was alerted “strange relationship” of the woman with one of the students, which prompted the student’s father to file the police report.

As reported by the Daily Mail, Davis had sex with the minor for two weeks at her home. Police found evidence at the woman’s home, which led to her arrest.

Now the collaborator faces charges of rape, aggravated sexual harassment and illegal sexual conduct with a minor, the Pickaway County Sheriff’s Office reported.

In Ohio it is illegal for adults to have sex with children under the age of 16. In addition, carnal relationships between educators and students are prohibited of all ages.

Fired and sued for having sex with a student

Teays Valley West High School reported that Davis was fired from her part-time job duties, but did not give details of the scandalous incident.

On May 20, Davis appeared in court for the first time. The Pickaway County Municipal Court determined that his bond was set at $ 250,000.
