Vaccinations: tomorrow the opening of registrations for people over 50 in the city

From tomorrow it will open in the City of Buenos Aires the inscription of strategic staff and of people at risk over 50, receive the coronavirus vaccine.

As planned by the government of Buenos Aires, from tomorrow at 8:30 am, registration will be activated via the GCBA Website for strategic personnel and people at risk between 50 and 54 years old.

In any case, the City has specified that registration will also remain open to residents aged 55 to 59 and to all those considered in the previous cases.

The initiative takes place within the framework of the 4th and 5th steps of the Covid-19 vaccination plan.

The City has specified that the 4th stage includes the Security forces, teaching and non-teaching staff, and Human Development and Habitat. In any case, online registration will only be necessary for the sub-group corresponding to the educational area.

In the other two cases, people must express their willingness to receive the vaccine through the website and the standards of the ministries of security and human development, respectively, will be used to verify that they are included in these lists.

On another side, the fifth stage includes all people who have risky conditions, including cardiovascular disease, diabetes and obesity. Among this group, those who wish to receive the vaccine must complete the application on the website in the form of an affidavit.

“When attending the shift, it will be necessary to present, in addition to the DNI, a certificate which proves at least one pathology or a clinical criterion which includes it in this priority segment of the population”, declared the government of Buenos Aires.
