Couple fell from balcony amid argument in Russia

A couple fell seven meters into the void from a second floor when the balustrade of the balcony on which they were standing gave way. The event happened in Saint PETERSBOURG, Russia, and was recorded in a video by a passer-by who passed through the square and was alerted by the screams of the two.
