Catalonia regional police arrested a woman in the early hours of Tuesday after admitting she cut his penis with a knife to her boss, who the detainee told authorities attempted to sexually assault her.

The Mossos d’Esquadra, as the security forces of the Generalitat de Catalunya are called, immediately arrested the woman. This happened when she came to the police station and recounted the event that had just happened. According to a police spokesperson, the relationship between the two people was exclusively professional – the defendant is the manager of the bar where the inmate works – and there is no evidence that they were in a relationship or that they had had any relationship beyond work. There is also no record that the inmate had filed a previous complaint for the crime of sexual abuse against her supervisor.

The woman appeared at the Sant Andreu de la Barca police station in Barcelona, ​​where she admitted responsibility for the injuries and explained that she did so because her boss forced her to have multi-party non-consensual sex times. And that finally, tired of so much suffering, this Monday evening defended herself from the attack with a knife.

The girl, identified as Tanya (36), injured the bar manager, named Abdul, 47. Both are from Bangladesh and have been based in Barcelona for several years.

After the statement, the police moved to the place indicated by the detainee where they found the owner of the premises with serious injuries in the genital area, for which he was rushed to the hospital in Bellvitge , in the Catalan capital. Due to the condition in which he arrived at the health center, the police themselves assured that the man’s life was never in danger. However, due to the injuries sustained, the man had to undergo surgery.

For now, the Catalan police are waiting for an improvement from the owner of the bar to question him and possibly charge him with crimes of sexual assault. Meanwhile, the woman was under arrest, charged with injuries. The newspaper El País published in its report that the woman is said to be a girl from a bar in Josep Bla street, whose attacker is her boss. And he said both are from Bangladesh. Regarding the sexual assault that the woman exhibited, the police are investigating to determine if there is a crime against sexual freedom and act accordingly.
