A 13-year-old boy stabbed his mother to death because she had killed his dog

A 13 year old boy he stabbed his mother at home in the Chinese city of Jianhu because she's killed her dog.

The boy, in a state of shock, was a refugee in a restaurant open 24 hours a day. He was sitting there more than one day until the police arrested him after finding moments in front of the woman's body with deadly stab wounds in his body.

The authorities said that Shao Fuming had murdered Yang Yan, 37, with a knife Saturday night at home after being quarreled.

As he took the Morning of South China, a neighbor badured that the fight took place after the woman kills her son's dog as a form of punishment.

Local media reported that according to Chinese law, children under 14 can not be held responsible.
