Bad luck had it Evan Osnos, editor of the New Yorker, when his three-year-old son blocked his iPad for 25,536,442 minutes. The solution came from Twitter a week and more than 16,000 "I like" later.

The iPad, like any Apple device, hangs after entering the wrong pbadword six times. The message of 25 million minutes is just for the user to stop trying to put the key aside. The only way to reuse it is to restore it to the latest version saved in the system.
