A baby is thrown from the 10th floor of the famous museum of London

A six-year-old boy who was allegedly pushed by a teenager on the 10th floor of the Tate Modern gallery in London was saved and goes back to the hospital.

A 17-year-old boy was arrested for attempted murder after several people claimed to have seen him pushing him out of the gallery's panoramic plateau where several visitors were on Sunday.

London police said that even though his condition had stabilized, the boy was still in critical condition in a hospital in the British capital, where he was taken by helicopter.

The boy fell off the Tate Modern's open deck on the 10th floor of the gallery on the bank of the Thames and on one of the UK's most visited tourist sites. He was found on a balcony on the fifth floor. Apparently, the suspect and the victim did not know each other.

The 10th floor of the Tate Modern, a modern art gallery receiving about six million visitors a year, is part of an open pyramid-shaped extension in 2016 and offers panoramic views of London.

The gallery, which closed immediately after the incident, reopened on Monday, but the viewing platform remains closed. "Tate is working with the police to help with the investigation," said a spokeswoman for the gallery.
