A badroach went through the president's left man while he was addressing the public at a campaign event held in the Philippine province of Bohol.

One of his badistants realized the situation and tried to make the unexpected visitor flee, but it was the head of state himself who managed to throw him to the ground unceremoniously.

The Filipino leader took advantage of the incident to attack his opposition rivals. "It's liberal," said Duterte, referring to the badroach.
