A dog trainer abused his clients' pets, denounced him and committed suicide – 02/10/2019

Tennessee Police Authorities, United States, they found the dead body of Stephen Kinder, a 42-year-old dog trainer, after several people have denounced him for animal cruelty.

The man was running a business he owned on a Cleveland property called "Kinder Dog Training". There, customers left their animals for weeks to receive training.

The first client to file a complaint was Abigail Eastburn, who told the police that after leaving her grand-dane dog for a month and a half at "Kinder Dog Training", the employees were fired and emaciated, as demonstrated by the images broadcast by the WSBTV network.

Another client, whose name was protected, told the police that when he had found his pet, the animal was so skinny that one could see his ribs and bones its legs protruding through the skin.

In total, they presented five complaints in front of the Cleveland Police Department and the authorities proceeded to arrest Kinder. But on the same day of his arrest, he paid the $ 1250 bail and was released.

The next day, the man appeared in several local media to defend his innocence and was waiting for the trial that still did not take place. Two days after denying the charges against him, the police obtained a search warrant for his private home in Dalton, Georgia, and arrived at 12:10 pm.

There, they found 16 hungry and severely dehydrated dogs, seven of which belonged to persons who had entrusted them with their training. The authorities explained that it appeared that the animals had been kept in cages for weeks.

But the end was unexpected: a few minutes later, when he was alone at home, Kinder has committed suicide. An emergency call alerted the police, who immediately left and transferred the injured Kinder's body to a nearby hospital. He died shortly after.
