A drone recorded the exact moment a shark approached an unsuspecting surfer

A dangerous incident was captured by a drone in the USA. The terrifying footage shows a bulldog shark swimming past a stunt surfer on a famous Florida beach. Without knowing, Alex Vontevenar he rode the waves like a real sea rider while the animal walked in the water in peace.

He was Drew duncan, a company drone pilot SkyWired, the person responsible for recording what happened. The man activated the device in order to film his son Cole who was leading another athlete in the same location. Seeing the photos, they quickly turned viral, he was surprised at what he managed to record. Social media users were also shocked at what they saw.

“The waves were small so I figured I would check out the marine life,” he said. Duncan in statements to local media. The professional added that he was counting between 6 and 8 of these animals under seawater while doing his job. “I just did what I could to keep the camera steady,” he added after being asked if he was afraid of people surfing that day.

The 62-year-old explained that he believes that the Sharks visualized measured “up to almost 3 meters” in length. “If we had ever been on the sharks menu, no one would have approached the water,” added the photographer on the reasons why at no time did he stop filming despite the fact that he was the only one to have detected the danger faced by sharks, athletes while the animals moved under them.
