A famous actor would face a criminal case for finding marijuana in his car

The actor who records a successful band had a bad time at customs when he was returning from Uruguay.

Nicolás Furtado, faces the character of "Diosito" in "El Marginal" and conveys one of the best moments of his career. However, shortly after starting recording the third season, the artist had to give explanations to the police on his return from his home country.

Furtado was on vacation in Uruguay and He traveled to Buquebus in Buenos Aires but was detained. When going to customs, one of the anti-narcotic dogs sniffed his car that was in the cargo hold and inside it was carrying a backpack.

In opening it, the customs police found two plastic bags with a substance that was apparently marijuana. A weighed 18.51 grams and the other 14.15 (enough to collect about 6 marijuana cigarettes). Both were declared for personal consumption.

As indicated in the program Confrontados, by channel 9, the two bags that transcend are not the only ones and the police "would have turned a blind eye to the others". Now, because of these suspicions, a judge could request registrations and cite the customs officers who carried out the procedure.

In the minutes drawn up by the customs officers, it is stated that the car was Nicolás Furtado, a native of Montevideo, and that this intervention was entrusted to the economic criminal court number 8, placed under the authority of the judge. Gustavo Meirovich.

Although in Uruguay, the purchase of marijuana is legal, sellers and buyers must register in an official register. It is not yet clear whether the actor is registered or not, but different organizations in the country denounce an important parallel market.
