A famous company from Alfajores will produce 1 million a day and employ 100 people

The company Guaymallén, dedicated to the manufacture of alfajores, decided to expand by betting everything on a new production plant located in Carlos Spegazzini, party Ezeiza, with the aim of producing one million alfajores a day and employ 100 workers, says the newspaper Clarin.

In a complex economic environment characterized by the closure of small and medium-sized businesses or the launch of crisis prevention competitions, they announced a $ 3 million investment.

The company will employ 100 people, mostly neighbors, to produce one million alfajores a day.

The construction is located in the Spegazzini industrial center, on a five-hectare site, whose work has been divided into three stages for the construction of an industrial building of approximately 3,200 square meters, administrative offices and future enlargements.

"The structure and production line imported from Germany and Italy are armed and we are in the testing phase," says "the soul" of the company Alfajorera, Hugo Basilotta (67 ).

"Currently, we produce more than two million alfajores a day in our two slaughterhouses and we are late in delivering. The truth is a product that combines the price and quality of the pair, which allows it to stay in effect at any age, "he said.

He claimed that the capital is "clean and genuine" and that they do not go to the banks to "ask for credits" in order to be able to pay the expenses. The success of this expansion opportunity lies in the business model in which "we produce a lot of volume with low profitability".

Until I receive a program through social networks and we assume that the selection will begin in the first months of next year, with the approach of the opening. .
