A group of investors announced the construction of a shopping center and an executive center on the seafront of Encarnación.

The construction of what will be the tallest building in the city has announced the Inversiones group of Impacto Radice SA, according to the Paraguayan newspapers ABC Color and La Nación.

The official announcement was made by Horacio Biga, president of Radice SA and Impact Investors, who said the work would begin next month and end in November 2020 with an investment of more than $ 50 million.

"We are very pleased with the presentation and launch of the Costanera Shopping Project and the Executive Center, which will become Encarnación's first commercial center, which will also include 72 offices, marking a before and after in the city. will reaffirm it as a strategic point of tourism in the country and will also pave the way for business growth in the region. "Biga said.

He also explained that the works would become the tallest building in the city, as it would include 20 floors, including 12 offices; with a strategic location on the avenue Costanera and Angel Ramón Samudio.

He also pointed out that the Costanera shopping center will include gourmet shops, a food court, 400 covered parking spaces, 86 commercial establishments, cinemas and a playground, among others.

The construction, according to the announced executive, will be entrusted to AGB Constructora, a company with more than 40 years of experience in the field and of known quality. She said that it was planned to use the highest technology in buildings because it will have an independent security system. surveillance of security cameras, controlled entry of people and visits, high speed elevators, energy saving system, among other important innovations.
