A man stabbed 143 deaf elderly people and asked him to be sentenced to 55 years in prison

A popular jury convicted of two crimes of murder and one robbery against a man who, in November 2015, killed 143 stabbing at a deaf and mute elderly marriage loot their house in Premià de Mar, outside Barcelona.

In its verdict, reached unanimously, the jury examined the aggravating factors of cruelty and treason for the unnecessary pain who caused the victims, who were his neighborsand to have attacked them without being able to defend themselves.

The murders took place in November 2015, when the accused, Francisco MG, went to the homes of Fernando Prieto Rodríguez and Purita Domínguez Fajo, aged 71 and 72, deaf and with reduced mobility, one in chemotherapy treatment, the other.

According to the newspaper L & # 39; vanguard, the killer was the son of the best friends of the deceased, another couple of deaf-mutes who lived in the neighborhood. The young man had already asked for money and when the elders refused to lend him, he attacked them. Then he stole them gold jewelry who sold for 1,550 euros.

The elderly, beloved in the neighborhood, were found in the middle of a sea ​​of ​​blood for his son-in-law when he was going to let their grandchildren take charge.

The jurors dismissed the mitigating factors of the mental disorder and addiction to drugs and gambling of the accused.

Once the verdict was handed down, the prosecutor's office asked the Audiencia de Barcelona to sentence the accused to 55 years imprisonment – 25 for each of the two murders and five others for one flying into an inhabited house – and that he would meet 40 in jail.
