A mother simulated the kidnapping of her son to hide that she had hit him and killed him because he "did not listen"

Nakira Griner was arrested after mocking her son's violent abduction to hide from her that she had hit, murdered, maimed, burned and hid her leftovers in garbage bags because "I have not eaten and listened to it".

Last Friday, the 24-year-old woman reported that around 18:30. a man had beaten her to seize Daniel Griner Jr., when he walked in his basket on Atlantic Street.

Nakira said the kidnapper had repeatedly hit him and when he reacted, he did not see the cart or his son.

Detective Veronica Cappoli said: "She said she felt someone kicked her; he fell to the ground and received several kicks on the right side and in the head. The police started with the search and a few streets from where the robbery was committed, They found the stroller and inside the boy's red shoes.

The police found inconsistencies between images of videovigilancia cameras of the area and the declaration of the minor's mother, so when he interrogated her again he changed his version of events and then failed the polygraph test with the state police of New Jersey.

So the the suspicions of the authorities were placed on Nakira and the investigations were directed to his actions.

A rescue team made up of state and municipal police officers, they began research in the vicinity of the Griner family's house.

It was during the first hours of Saturday, at 3 o'clock in the morning, when the officers in charge found inside the garbage bags the dismembered and burned remains of little Daniel, They were buried under a shed in the yard of the Woodland Drive home.

When she was questioned before the Cumberland attorneys, the woman from Bridgetone pleaded guilty. He admitted to having beaten and killed his son because he "did not eat or listen".

Griner confessed that he had hit the child until he was provoked bruises on his face, then gave him another blow that made him fall down a staircase from his house; the woman instead of asking for help or taking Daniel to the medical department, she sat in the cart and left him alone.

Nakira Griner was arrested and charged with first degree murder; compromise the well-being of a minor; the desecration of human remains and the manipulation of evidence.

The woman will appear in court next Thursday to determine her future.
