Worked about 10 years exclusively for the former president without dues nor social work
Belinda Castellano, a seamstress who allegedly worked for the famous seamstress Susana Ortiz, sued her former employer and former president Cristina Kirchner for more than two million pesos.
According to the lawsuit filed, Castellano started working for Ortiz in 2008 and has since devoted himself to making dresses for the head of state of the time, while other seamstresses did the same for several celebrities .
This is so that she's devoted "exclusively" to making clothes for the former president, including the dress she wore when she took office in 2011 .
The demand was such that she made between one and two dresses a week for Cristina.
According to the plaintiff, Ortiz made her work in black and in "unhealthy" conditions. Despite this, he continued to work even when Cristina Kirchner had left office. In early 2017, Castellano began to feel intense pain in her right shoulder that led her to ask Ortiz to contribute to the social work and care of a professional.
However, far from regularizing their work situation, began to cross letters that ended up saying goodbye to Castellano.
