A terrible crash between a helicopter and a plane killed 5 people in Mallorca

Five people, including a minor, died this Sunday on the Spanish island of Mallorca (Balearic Islands) when a helicopter and a plane collided.

"At 1:35 pm local time, a plane crashed between a helicopter and an ultralight at Inca," the Balearic regional government said on its Twitter account.

"The first balance is composed of 5 dead, including a minor.Emergency services are involved," added the government of the islands, mbadively frequented by Spanish and foreign tourists in summer.

Contacted by AFPThe Civil Guard reported that the cases were being investigated and that, for the time being, the nationality of the victims was unknown.

"He tries to discover the identity of the occupants (of the plane)," said a spokesman, stating that all pbadengers on both aircraft, three in the plane and two in the aircraft Helicopter, were dead.

The remains of the two guns fell in a rural property, according to the Civil Guard.
