A viral and dangerous challenge: a youtuber checks if sharks really smell blood

Why such popularity? Do people want to check the myth of sharks and their sophisticated smell? Or do millions of reproductions respond to the morbidity that generates the possibility of an unfortunate outcome? However, this is another success of a youtuber accustomed to fame.

The protagonist of the video is Mark Rober, a former NASA engineer now recognized for his viral videos. A few months ago, we learned of the existence of him when he developed an ingenious trap for catching thieves made by e-commerce companies.

But as we count in TN TechnoMuch of the footage in this video was manipulated by Rober: his system was ingenious and fun, but the tests were wrong.

What happened in the water?

Taking advantage of the creation of a shark documentary on a well-known television signal, Youtuber has published his own experience. As you can see in the video, he tested different liquids and for the final check he started using cow's blood.

With not too conclusive results, the filmmaker approached another boat and asked his occupants to give your own blood to buy what's going on in that case. What happened? Let's review Rober's words.
