A woman gave birth to a baby with a rat tail | Chronic

In a Colombian hospital, the birth of a baby was recorded whose strange member was very similar to the tail of a mouse. The specialists say that this is not the first case and is calling "vestigial tail".

After the birth of this baby, this member was removed by an hour-long procedure in which the doctors ensured that not all structures were connected to any internal nerve or bone marrow.

One doctor said that this is because all fetuses develop this type of body, for one type of gene, although development is inhibited, which is why babies are born without this gene.

At present, only 100 cases of people born with a remaining tail have been registered worldwide.
