A half-naked woman was arrested after being caught masturbating in public in Austin, Texas.

A hotel employee said that he could hear the woman, identified by the authorities as being Dovie Nickels, 26 years, "moaning"

As the local worker commented, he observed the woman masturbating on the patio for about 7 or 8 minutes.

The hotel employee noted that the woman had told him to leave when he had approached him to tell him to stop.
