Aerolineas Argentinas transfers all its international flights to Ezeiza, with the exception of those bound for Uruguay

The process began last May when 50% of the international flights operated by Aeroparque Jorge Newbery were transferred to Ezeiza, completing the measure ordered by the national government with the rest of the flights.

According to the airlines, the airline will strengthen its international operations through the transfer, strengthening links between inland cities and neighboring countries serving transatlantic destinations. The destinations that will be transferred to Ezeiza and which are now operated from Aeroparque are 9.

Thanks to these operations, Aerolíneas will add an average of 56 daily flights from Ministro Pistarini airport. Pursuant to Resolution 476-E / 2017 published in the Official Gazette, as of April 1, all international flights, with the exception of services to and from Uruguay, must be transferred to Ezeiza in order to decongest the Aeroparque Jorge Newbery. and be able to provide better service at both airports.

With this transfer, Aerolíneas will strengthen the Ezeiza Hub. The company will improve the interconnection between flights from the interior of the country and countries bordering those traveling to the United States and Europe.

The airlines will provide flights to Ezeiza from Cordoba, Mendoza, Salta, Mar del Plata, Bariloche, El Calafate, Iguazu, Trelew, Rosario, Tucuman and Ushuaia, and Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Asuncion, Curitiba, Florianopolis, Porto Alegre, Porto Seguro, Rio de Janeiro, San Pablo and Santiago de Chile.

These flights are added to those already operating from Ministro Pistarini airport: Bogotá, Cancún, Lima, Madrid, Miami, New York, Punta Cana, Rome and San Salvador de Bahía.

Meanwhile, airlines will add a daily flight from Montevideo to Ezeiza, which also searches for pbadengers from all over the Rio de la Plata for international destinations.
