Uruguayan President Tabaré Vázquez will lead a meeting of his cabinet next Monday. Two days after leaving the clinic where he was confirmed that he had a malignant lung tumor, this was officially announced.

The cabinet meeting will be held at the Executive Tower of Montevideo, announced the presidency in a statement quoted by the EFE agency.
Vazquez, a 79-year-old oncologist, was discharged Saturday at noon from the Spanish Association's hospital, where he was admitted since Thursday and where he had a biopsy that confirmed the tumor.

When leaving the clinic, the president said that he felt "spectacularly good" and revealed that it will be done "complementary studies" to determine what type of treatment you will undergo to fight cancer.
