Malaysian police arrested a couple of Russians for using their baby to tip at a street show. Witnesses recorded the scandalous moment and shared it on the networks, where the video went viral.

A couple of Russians brutally shook their four-month-old baby in a street show in Kuala Lumpur Street. The couple was arrested during his discovery. The accused, aged 27 and 28, said they did so because they needed "Finance" his trip.
