A submarine 60 meters long and weighing 1,400 tons is missing, according to the verdict of the authorities in Indonesia, the country to which it belongs.
Normally 34 sailors travel on the ship, but this time there are 53 people on board.

It is a 209/1300 class submarine, which was performing exercises near the island of Bali.
Indonesia has already asked Singapore and Australia to help find the submarine.
The International Submarine Rescue and Evasion Office (ISMERLO) has received the notice of disappearance of the KRI Nanggala (402) submarine with “the presumption that it has sunk”, reports the Janes website.
Apparently this German-built ship was doing a torpedo test.
The Commander-in-Chief of the Indonesian Armed Forces, Air Marshal Hadi Tjahjanto, will travel to the location where this submersible, one of his country’s five submarines, was found sunk to a depth of approximately 700 meters.
