Alberto Fernández goes to Peru for the investiture of Pedro Castillo

After being proclaimed last Monday, a month and a half after winning the election; Pedro Castillo will assume the presidency of Peru on Wednesday, in the Casa de Pizarro, seat of government.

The next Peruvian Head of State will also be sworn in the next day at the Historic Sanctuary of Pampa de Ayacucho, on the slopes of Condorcunca Hill, where the army’s final triumph over the royalist troops took place.
