A 32 year old German woman met Paraguayan via social networks, sent her more than 5,000 euros and went to the South American country to marry her. Heide Mareke Rachidi was contacted by a military hypothesis that used the name of Blas Antonio Bogado in the networks and, some time later, they became confident. The protagonists started to have an online relationship and after talking for a year, they decided to meet to get married.

Prior to the meeting, the accused had asked the woman to send money several times. After making several payments of at least 5,000 euros, the German took a flight to South America. The woman stopped in Brazil, where she received a message in which the suspect terminated the relationship.

However, the German went to Paraguay to find out where he was and found that he had been scammed.

The police determined the subject's identity through the card with which he was receiving the money and revealed that he was Daniel Céspedes, prisoner of the Tacumbú penitentiary who is serving a 25-year sentence of imprisonment for willful homicide.
