After almost three years of investigation in the United States and Argentina, the Federal Police (PFA) on Friday arrested a person accused of being part of an international network dedicated to the distribution of child badgraphy.

The investigation began with the warning that the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) of the United States He appealed to the prosecutor's office of the autonomous city of Buenos Aires to fight against the international network which exploited part of its operations in Argentina.

The FBI opened the case in 2016 when a lawsuit in Detroit, Michigan, arrested several people linked to a website devoted to the production of child badgraphy. One of the "repentant" Americans declared before the Court that one of the members of that organization was established in Argentina.

The operations in Greater Buenos Aires were conducted by the Cyber ​​Crimes Division against Children and Adolescents of the PFA. In one of the raids, the uniform arrested a 35-year-old man in the city of San Martín in Buenos Aires, suspected of being one of those who he caught minors for badual purposes through different social networks.

This person was the administrator of the website and also the organizer of a discussion forum in which ten other people were interacting, which not only produced, but also used online material of minors who were committing badual acts.

The arrested man was placed at the disposal of the Court of Guarantees 5, under the responsibility of Nicolás Schiavo, and UFI 14, under the responsibility of Vanesa Leggio, of the judicial district of San Martín.
