An attacked cameraman said that he had been kicked on the ground – informed, on his return

One of the cameramen attacked on Monday during the protest of leftist groups in front of the Chilean consulate in Buenos Aires said that they had been surprised, with a partner, by a group of protesters who had started to attack.

Interviewed by Chain 3, Fabio Soria, who works at LN +He said: "They locked us up and started beating us … I was with my reporter and a colleague from the Chronicle channel."

"They came to beat us, I lost my camera and my backpack, they kicked me on the ground, their faces were covered," he said.

While they had to make four stitches on the scalp, the injured cameraman said he was fine.
