An incredible fish with “human teeth” that has gone viral

A startling discovery has been recorded in the last hours in North Carolina, United States, which surprises the world. It is a fish with human teeth which was caught in a lagoon and whose images are circulating the world.

Jennette’s Pier published the message. On his Facebook account, he posted the photos telling the story: he said fisherman Nathan Martin caught the “cute 9-pound sheep headfish.” This species is usually found near rocks, jetties, reefs, and even bridges and is also known as the “convict fish” because of its black and white stripes.

According to the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources, this fish uses its human incisors and molars to grind up its food, which is typically shellfish and crustaceans. Daryl Law, the public relations coordinator for Jennette’s Pier, said the sheep’s head can often be found in its waters at this time of year, feeding on pier barnacles.
