Federal Judge Sebastián Ramos sued Andrea del Boca and Julio De Vido for the crime of "fraud against the public administration" for irregularities in the financing of the telenovela "Mamá Corazón", with funds from the Ministry of Planning dissolved. The ex Kirchnerist De Vido was sued as the perpetrator of the crime, while the actress and the producer were prosecuted as "necessary participants".

The decision of Judge Ramos, based on an investigation by the Prosecutor Gerardo Pollicita, is known after the report of the experts of the Supreme Court of Justice, which established that the actress and producer Andrea del Boca perceived more than 24 million pesos for the production of the novel "Mama corazón" funded by the Ministry of Planning through the University of San Martín. The report confirmed that the "76.01% of the total" planned for the job was billed.

The producer of the group A + A (Andrea del Boca) made a profit of 3.26 million dollars for a novel that was to cost 36.6 million dollars and which never been finished. According to experts of the Supreme Court of Justice, the Ministry of Planning dissolved paid $ 27,807,728 for the execution of 25 chapters of "Mama Corazón". By discounting the taxes, the producer of the A + A group received $ 24,474,954, since the VAT, profits and employer contributions were withheld.
