The heat wave left unusual records in some European cities, as yesterday in Paris, where 42.6 degrees were reached; in Madrid, where the maximum, 40.7 degrees, was recorded during the June heat wave.

Belgium also surpbaded Thursday – for the third time in two days – its maximum historical temperature, recording 41.8 degrees, according to data from the Royal Institute of Meteorology, which predicts a drop in temperatures this weekend, at 10 degrees.
