According to reports, telephone operators such as Digitel, Movistar and Cantav have been experiencing failures in their services. And the Internet monitoring organization, Netblocks, reported that Internet connectivity dropped to six percent.
Despite the difficulties, and although an official version has not yet been published, the users of the electrical service have used social networks to report the reductions.
