The Bicameral Parliamentary Committee who studies the sinking of the submarine ARA San Juan, which occurred in November 2017 and found a year later, resolved today. Members of Bicameral, chaired by Senator PJ for Tierra del Fuego, José Ojeda, had until this month to issue an opinion on the investigation that they have reported since the disappearance of the submarine with 44 crew members on board, but they voted today for a four-month extension unanimously.

Parliamentary sources explained that, even if they considered that the state of the investigation was "advanced", they would need a few more months to obtain an opinion to determine the responsibilities of the navy and the ministry. of Defense in the cause of the collapse. .
