The Minister of Health of Buenos Aires, Nicols Kreplak, stressed this Friday that “Argentina and Portugal are the countries with the greatest number of consecutive weeks in decrease of cases due to Covid-19”.
“The success of the vaccination strategy and the commitment of the whole of society to support care, places us in a great epidemiological moment”, posted the person in charge on Friday on his Twitter account.

The Minister then exposed a graph in which it is noted that Argentina and Portugal have been down for 19 consecutive weeks in terms of infections; followed by Italy and Chile (16 weeks); United Kingdom (15 weeks); and Colombia and Canada (15 weeks).
Meanwhile, France has seen a drop in cases for 11 weeks; Spain, 12; Brazil, 10; United States, 9; Uruguay and Japan, 6.
