In the case of imports made by Argentina in the first half of 2019, Brazil participates with 21%; China, 18%; United States, 13%; Germany, 6%; Paraguay, 4%; Bolivia, 3%; Thailand, 2%; Mexico 2% and Spain 2%, among others.

In trade by region, exports to Mercosur totaled US $ 6,135 million, down 8.4%, while imports reached US $ 6,667 million.

The European Union has purchased US $ 3,851 million from Argentina, 14.9% less than the first half of 2018, and imports from the European bloc totaled US $ 4,668 million, with a reduction of 22%.

Nafta (United States, Canada, Mexico) imported for US $ 2,731 million, a decrease of 9.4%, while it sold for US $ 4,022 million, a decrease of 15.1%.

Exports to China (including Hong Kong and Macao), on the other hand, increased by 27.5%, reaching a volume of 2,365 million US dollars, while imports from this country decreased by 30,4% to reach a value of US $ 4,447 million.

Together with the countries of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), shipments from Argentina increased by 21.9% to a total of US $ 3,378 million, and This block amounted to 1,266 million US dollars, a decrease of 16%. , 1% compared to the first half of last year.
