The meeting will be held at the Congress Palace of the City of Buenos Aires, Av. Figueroa Alcorta 2099, next to the Faculty of Law of UBA, announced the Ministry of Foreign Affairs through a statement.

Argentina is a global reference for South-South cooperation, with more than 165 projects on topics such as agribusiness and human rights, and an active presence in Latin America and in the Caribbean, Africa and Asia.

The multilateral meeting takes place 40 years after the adoption of the Buenos Aires Plan of Action (BAPA), through which – and for the first time – developing countries have defined the way forward in terms of technical cooperation.
