The Argentinian sandwich “choripán“was considered to be the fifth best in the world according to the latest ranking established by the prestigious gastronomic magazine Taste Atlas, which established a list of the 100 best foods of this type.

Indispensable in roasts, the famous “chori” was considered a “street food” of the Argentina, composed of a “sausage-type chorizo”, seasoned with a “variety of seasonings” on a “crusty bread”.

It also states that it is eaten “on the go”, since it is typically sold in “street stalls” throughout Latin America.

According to the publication, the Argentine “choripán” obtained the qualification of 4.4, with 90% “like” and 10% “indifferent”.

The best sandwich in the world, according to the Taste Atlas ranking published on its website, is the “Montreal smoked meat “from Canada, followed by “Bocadillo Serranito” from Spain, “Vada Pav” from India and “Toast Skagen” from Sweden.
