According to official sources, the alleged perpetrator was injured during the arrest maneuvers, after causing a state of chaos in the educational institution, where the students tried to escape as if outside the gunfire.

“Some students have locked themselves in university auditoriums to hide. Other students jumped out of the windows“, a source told state agency TASS.

In moments of maximum tension, Perm University, through its social networks, recommended actions to those inside the place.

“If you’re in college right now, if you’re in the classroom, try to close from the inside and stay still. If you’re on campus, get out of the area if possible, ”he posted. Naturally, classes have been canceled.
