In a period of 15 days, Investigative Police Officers (PDI) of Mexico City Attorney General’s Office (FGJCDMX) 90 people were arrested for the crime of robbery.
The agency pointed out that among the detainees, one was in the act, meaning that at the time of the theft, 84 were men and seven were women. They were all taken after intelligence jobs to be suspected thieves in different ways.
“The crimes for which they were apprehended are robbery, aggravated, simple and with violence; for theft of passenger, passerby and room of the house; in addition to auto parts, retail, self-service and department stores“, said the prosecution.

The agency stressed that in all cases, “court orders were executed by elements of the PDI in strict compliance with police protocols and with full respect for human rights.”
