At the age of 54, Mexican actress Edith González passed away

Edith González, star of the telenovelas as: Salome, Wild heart, Word of a woman, Wooden woman, Eva the track and Bravo, among others, died on Thursday at 54 years old.

The National Association of Actors of Mexico has confirmed the death of the actress, occurred early in the morning, on his account Tiwtter. "Our condolences to your family and friends," said the organization of which González was a member.

The actress is also unveiled as protagonist of the musical Adventurer and the movie Salon Mexico, but I'm still the king and Adiós, Lagunilla, goodbye.

González, born in Monterrey, Nuevo León, on December 10, 1964, had been suffering from ovarian cancer since 2016. She was now the spokesperson for patients with this disease. Victim of false news about his death, he knew how to deny it with grace. But eventually, he succumbed to the disease and his loved ones decided not to keep it artificially alive.

"I took with my family the responsibility to live and live in love and joy," he told reporters in April, following statements that state his condition health.

González was part of the jury of the first season. One of his latest posts on social media was presented in a video in white dress with his dog Cedric.

She is survived by her husband, businessman Lorenzo Lazo, and her 14 year old daughter Constanza Creel González, due to her relationship with Mexican politician Santiago Creel.
