Berazategui: gave money to thieves but they still killed him – 19/07/2018

A grocer was brutally murdered Wednesday in the heart of Berazategui by a criminal who stabbed her despite the fact that the victim gave her the money from the collection.

The incident occurred a few minutes before 19, rue 149 between 11 and 12 of Buenos Aires, a few meters from the First Commissariat.

Two thieves tried to steal some local women's clothes but, not reaching their goal, they entered the grocery store and threatened their owner, who was with his 17-year-old daughter [19659002] One of the thieves demanded money from the merchant, who gave the money and, to protect his daughter, asked him to leave. Then, the criminal hit the woman in the abdomen and escaped.

The victim, identified as Gertrudis Rojas (45 years old), was a Bolivian national and the owner of the business. She lost her life by being transferred to the Evita Pueblo Hospital.
