The ambassador did not rule out that these violent groups "have links and seek the fall of democracy".

"I do not believe that in the peaceful demonstrations in the region, a decadent regime devoid of political power is a considerable task for the democratic regimes in the region, such as the Venezuelan regime, which is only failing, authorizing and poverty, "he analyzed.
