The Minister of Labor of Brazil, Helton Yomura was suspended from his post by the Federal Supreme Court (STF) as part of a federal police action developed Thursday, which reports an alleged fraud in union records .
According to O Globo, the police also conduct a search and seizure in the auxiliary cabinet Nelson Marquezelli .
In addition to the suspension of the prosecution, Yomura is prevented from attending the Ministry of Labor and maintaining contact with other servers portfolio. It is also forbidden for Marquezelli to attend the ministry .

In Rio de Janeiro and Brasilia, the action comprises 10 search and apprehension warrants being one of them in the cabinet of MP Marquezelli , in addition to three orders of temporary detention .
In the past, the "Registro Espúrio" had 23 arrest warrants and 64 Search and Apprehension ; and there investigations pointed frauds of concessions of union records which reached the value of 4 million reais (a little more than 1 million dollars).
