Children play on rockers installed on the wall between the United States and Mexico | Chronic

Many artists have installed rockers between the metal bars forming the wall that divides Ciudad Juárez (Chihuahua, Mexico) and Sunland Park (New Mexico, United States). This facility is temporary and is intended for children on both sides to use these games.

Ronald Rael, Professor of architecture at the University of California, was the ideologue of this initiative several years ago and argues that "using a swing shows that we are equal".

The swings have been inserted to allow children to play and for a few moments, forget the reality they live, often separated from their families.
