Exactly 100 new cell phones were seized this Monday at the Argentinian customs of Cristo Redentor. The merchandise was hidden in the cab of a truck whose driver had been stopped.

The incident occurred yesterday at around 4:30 pm, when customs operator Claudio Javier Romero detected something striking in the driver's cab images recorded by the scanner.

The stopped driver has been identified as being Arturo Alejandro Castro Palacios, of Chilean nationality and domiciled in Los Andes. The truck belongs to the company "Transportes Abocentro", also from Chile.
