Colonel kidnapped in April reportedly murdered by FARC dissidents

The Colombian National Army Command said in an official statement that “according to information from highly credible sources, criminals from the residual organized armed group that detained our officer, Lieutenant-Colonel Pedro Enrique Pérez, kidnapped on Venezuelan territory, they would have murdered him ”.
