Confirmation of Cristina Kirchner's prosecution for appropriation of historical documents

The confirmation of the accusation does not concern the crime of concealment, as Judge Claudio Bonadio explained, but for breach of the duties of a public official.

Kirchner had in his power a disc of Hipólito Yrigoyen and a letter of 1835 of General José de San Martín.

The documents were found at the end of 2018 during a descent into Kirchner's house in El Calafate on the orders of Judge Bonadio as part of the cahiers affair.
